FreeBSD 10.1-CURRENT + MariaDB

Непрочитанное сообщение Gamerman » 2014-11-18 16:21:23

Hi Miroslav,

You need to understand that -STABLE is NOT what it sounds like...
-STABLE is the development branch of the last stable version and may
at any time have defects.
In english this is described here
https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO88 ... table.html
The corresponding page in Russian is probably
https://www.freebsd.org/doc/ru/books/ha ... world.html

I do not understand WHY you are using -STABLE as there seems to be no
reason for that
1. You don't have any custom config in your KERNCONF
2. Nothing custom in your MariaDB compile OPTIONS
3. You can build a custom kernel with your own KERNCONF for
releng/10.1 just fine
People that should be running -STABLE or -CURRENT can usually explain
very well why they do so. Your config is the same as the binary
distribution/iso's apart from the removal of I486_CPUI and I586_CPU. I
have not been able to get a statement on the side-effects of such a
change but I don't think it brings you what you need. If you had
reason to modify the kernel you would be able to explain the features
you require from -STABLE to need to run it.
-STABLE is NOT suitable for general use. You should probably not want
to run -STABLE even if you wish to modify your kernel. svnup to
releng/10.1 and try again, do NOT disable

1. You have modified your kernel
2. You are running -STABLE
3. You cannot tell me what revision -STABLE you are running
4. Binary packages built on the FreeBSD build infrastructure work OK for you
There may be problems/defects in the source tree at any time in
non-releng branches that may affect your ability to build software
properly. Both MariaDB 5.5 and MariaDB 10.0 run just fine for me built
from source, with non-default options albeit on amd64. Just about
every recent CPU runs amd64 fine, all Intel CPUs released after 2004
are 64-bit.

Sorry, but I cannot help you any further.

Типа, юзаешь STABLE - сам дурак.
Но сравнил, ту версию, что с пакетов ставиться и ту, что через порты:

Код: Выделить всё

ldd /usr/local/libexec/mysqld
/usr/local/libexec/mysqld:
        libz.so.6 => /lib/libz.so.6 (0x28c83000)
        libm.so.5 => /lib/libm.so.5 (0x28c97000)
        libexecinfo.so.1 => /usr/lib/libexecinfo.so.1 (0x28cbd000)
        libc.so.7 => /lib/libc.so.7 (0x28cc0000)
        libwrap.so.6 => /usr/lib/libwrap.so.6 (0x28e34000)
        libcrypt.so.5 => /lib/libcrypt.so.5 (0x28e3c000)
        libc++.so.1 => /usr/lib/libc++.so.1 (0x28e60000)

        libthr.so.3 => /lib/libthr.so.3 (0x28f34000)
        libelf.so.1 => /usr/lib/libelf.so.1 (0x28f56000)

Код: Выделить всё

 ldd /usr/local/libexec/mysqld
/usr/local/libexec/mysqld:

        libexecinfo.so.1 => /usr/local/lib/libexecinfo.so.1 (0x28cb9000)
        libc.so.7 => /lib/libc.so.7 (0x28cc4000)
        libwrap.so.6 => /usr/lib/libwrap.so.6 (0x28e38000)

Через порты нет зависимости libelf.so.1 => /usr/lib/libelf.so.1 (0x28f56000). Почему?

Библиотека в системе есть, не понимаю, почему она не подвязывается при установке через порты.
