yes, i used above method to download latest version HLDS.

all of other servers working build 4883 + dproto 0.9.87

which is no need to hack, main problem to use dproto is there not much people want to buy steamid and don't have new version CS 1.6 or latest patched version...

that's why i need to run such server.

dproto is hack to server, mb he crash from him?

i asked from dproto guy, he told not his issue.

because all server crash only on awp_india map.

after i run below config using amx_cfg resindia.cfg:

sometimes just 1 time run it give segmentation fault, sometimes 2-3 times.

even i tried 20-100 hundred times not give crash if only me as player on awp_india map.

if there 2 or more players then run it, immediately crash and on player disconnected.

i tried VEN's NO WEAPON DROP plugin, now it is bit better and still segmentation fault core dumped...

i did backtrace, debug, ktrace nothing shows on it.

в основном все краши иза кривых плагинов но не только! может сборка кривая может ещё что веть скока лет кс а она досихпор что то там крехтит и новые и новые сборки...мойтебе совет пускай на сервер только клиентов с определного билда...и вырубай все плагины ненужные и нужные тоже.

today, i tried to add into /etc/fstab

devfs /usr/compat/linux/dev devfs rw 0 0

but boot process failed, i found that there no /usr/compat/linux/dev directory...?

i added below settings to /etc/sysctl.conf and until now server not crash yet.
compat.linux.osrelease=2.6.19

also i started server using hlds_start.sh and seems working fine, i made some modification. later evenning will to add crontab for qstat.

i will update you...

i tried as your suggest qstat, but seems doesn't work.

sometimes server suddenly crashed and no running process, means no hang on memory. this case cron job doesn't work.

any suggestion?

мне больше интересно, как он [тредстартер] ответ на вопрос подобрал - все вопросы при регистрации пользоватлей по русски, и ответы далеко не тривиальные для человека не являющегося русскоязычным.
и вводить его надо по русски.

сдаётся мне, он издевается просто...
