Из железа - на курренте зацепилось всё кроме WiFi
Кнопки яркости и прочия - не пашут (xev ловит все - кроме яркости - но грит что нет назанченных функций. Думаю, мона зацепить на них всё средствами того KDE)

это несколько разные конторы.

а вот с ашерами грустно - в заданном ценовом диапазоне на рынке ничего не нашлось.
Одна модель, и та какими-то голубенькими лампочками обвешана - всё хорошо внутри но ужас снаружи....
Был вариант с видяхой NVidia - но из-за отсутствия проприетарщиной поддержки x64 - отказался.

то что у них продажи выросли последние несколько лет - качества это не прибавило.

я своим ноутом очень даже доволен.
Цена не такая уж и высокая, а вот качество радует.
Вот посмотри технические харахтеристики http://www.nbprice.ru/catalog/model/7978.htm не обращая внимания на бренды.

+1 тащусь от своего асуса. хоть модель и бюджетная Z99L, но меня полностью устраивает.
