Специально после копирования на NTFS некоторое время не перезагружаю компьютер. Всё корректно читается. Но... загружаюсь в Win, изменений нет.

That's how all Unix work, not to be horrible slow. You __ALWAYS__ must unmount properly if you don't want to lose data.

Вот человека уже бесит данное поведение, как и меня:
I thought I was going MAD. I cannot believe you don't make it BLATANTLY obvious that saving files to disk isn't actually, you know, SAVING FILES TO DISK. Saving files to a cache in memory, and just hoping the user doesn't have to hard reset or kick out a power plug, is an horrendous solution to a performance problem.

It's how things work in real life, but of course the ublio caching layer (originally from FreeBSD) has an obvious defect in that it doesn't completely flush its caches until unmount time.
This is all documented in the user guide, along with instructions on how to disable caching completely or for individual drives for maximum flexibility.
As stated above, our commercial product Tuxera NTFS for Mac does not have this problem.
