Проблема с nut после перехода на 8-ку

Привет товарищи!
Перевёл на 8-ку ещё один сервак, вылезли грабельки с nut'ом. На 7-ке всё работало. порты после обновления пересобрал. В relnotes сказано что имена последовательных устройств сменились, cuad* -> cuau*. Так и вышло, в конфигурации ups.conf соответственно сменил. Непонятно, чем занят этот cuau0.

Тоже на 8ку переехал и потребовалось только поменять порт и обновил нут на более свежею версию.
Ребутал, обновлял нут, compat7x ставили?

ребутал да, новый порт, это какой? сегодня делал portsnap fetch update && portupgrade -arR это вроде самый наисвежайший вариант Нут пересобирал как и все порты в системе после переустановки.. единственно что не ставил compat7x. Да и не охота... может просто подождать когда порт поправят под 8-ку?

Разрешения такие же, ядро не дженерик, конфиг ядра тут выложен: проблема с device sio (device sio убран в итоге.)

сейчас попробую.. но мне кажется что проблема не в правах доступа а в том что device busy

... ну непонятно... никаких железячных опций не добавлялось... убрались всякие усб, рейды и сетевухи... непонятна польза дженерика тут.. пошлю в список рассылки лучше запрос..
