Поставил из портов /usr/ports/sysutils/hpacucli. Этой утилой пользуюсь на серверах под линуксом.
Однако же

Почему некрофилией? hpacucli продукт hp она аптудейт рпм пакадж есть у них на сайте. Тогда уж freebsd - труп.
За подсказаньку спасибо, сам уже набрел в убунте на нее, там она не пашет :-)

Но тут в случае ошибки вместо OK - кусок слова. Напримервместо REBUILDING REB.
Вот скриптик, в случае результат отличного от ОК шлет на мыло. Работает также, просто обрывки слов проверяет и шлет по совпадению ошибку. Впринципе можно подергать винт посмотреть статус и самому нечто подобное соорудить. :-)

Ничего даже отдаленно похожего на hpacucli я не нашел. А ставить непойми что смысла не вижу.

нашёл эту тему в гугле, столкнулся с похожей проблемой. не нашлось ли, случаем, решения, каким образом можно рулить рейдом не ребутая сервер? о себе:

пробовал установить /usr/ports/emulators/linux_base-c6, и воспользоваться линуксячьим пакетом cd /compat/linux && rpm2cpio < hpacucli-9.40-12.0.x86_64.rpm | cpio -id, но

всем привет!
как на сегодня с FreeBSD 11.2? пакет /usr/ports/sysutils/hpacucli стоит устанавливать, работать будет? есть сервак HP DL360 G5 , по ходу беда с одним из винчестером на RAID 1+0, вот перед тем как идти к нему хочу посмотреть что да как

нашел на просторах ру нета
в портах есть утилита hpacucli (/usr/ports/sysutils/hpacucli), но она не работает на х64. Да и как уверяют — она уже староватая
поэтому наверное даже не стоит пробовать
