День добрый.
Установил по инструкции http://www.avantfax.com/install.php. Не пашет - сервер возвращает ошибку 500.

Хотя файлик в тойже директории, содержанием:

в ошибкак ничего нет...

проверить права на директории(www:www, или от какого пользователя у Вас работает Apache), и подключение к MySQL

уже все было проверенно...
Смущает что все скрипты avantfaх-а не заканчиваются ?>. Хотя попытка исправить не дает результата...ловим теже 500

Вообщем избавился от ошибки 500 (internal error), путем переинсталяции PHP, теперь в логах 200, но страница пустая... Подскажите где еще искать подвох?

Кто нибудь ставил Avantfax на freebsd? Все уже перерыл...ну ни как он не хочет работать. Ошибок нет, все замечательно

Все, осилил я этого монстра....но может кто все таки подскажет - почему не работает превью в морде авантафаксовской?

Доброе время суток.
Вот уже вторая неделя пошла как насилует меня это чудо юдо програмулина
Вроде как все работает, и отправляет и принимает, но вот в морде Аванты, в папках входящие нет факсов, аналогично и в папке архив.
Хотя при этом на диске создаются папки в которых должны лежать файлы но они пустые.
Уже бьюсь долго, помогите чем то. хоть советом где и что и как. Или может кто то сталкивался конкретно с такой проблемой. Буду благодарен любой помощи.

Связку хилафакс+авантфакс ставил 1.5 года назад. Были проблемы с php - откатывал на более старую версию. На сколько помню все действия по добавлению факса, созданию превью ... делается через php скрипты.

Warning это не ошибка а предупреждение, так как не указаны версии ПО то первый вариант - не соответствие версий php сайта и сервера.

The input files we were giving to sendfax were TIFFs that came out of ghostcript, created by compositing two
separate sources (an overlay and a background document). Apparently when sendfax sees a TIFF on the
command line, it calls ghostscript itself to process the TIFF into a PDF using "tiff2pdf". And either
tiff2pdf (or the options it's being given to work with by sendfax)  are now somehow incompatible with our
input TIFFs, and we had a huge mess of errors complaining about that in the xferlog. ("Not a Group 4 tiff",
"not a black-on-white document", incompatible sizes/resolutions, "should be createda single strip",
yadda, yadda.)

The simple kluge fix was to make the output of our first ghostscript run - the one that composites the initial
source documents - simply output a PDF instead of a TIFF. It's 10x larger than the TIFF but sendfax likes it,
so that solves the problem for us.

After more reading, I also better understand the whole hylafax vs hylafax+ fork now. We're continuing to
use the latest hylafax+ here.
