Сборка ядра не удалась

Всем привет. Замучился с одной проблемой. Решил пересобрать ядро, слишком там много лишнего. Для примера использовал эту статью. Поотключал ненужные устройства.

Разве это связано с ошибкой? Закомментировал SCTP, попробовал пересобрать - та же фигня. Есть еще предложения?

Дифать вывод dmesg и конфиг, смотреть, какое устройство в конфиге не подключено (закомменчено)

Дженерик как раз собрался. Я недавно делал обновление фри до p3.

Но ничего путного не наел. У меня поддержка ata включена в ядре.

раскомменть, то что есть в дмесг, и скажи что есть в /etc/make.conf

Собирай с WERROR="" (обнуляем опцию) и пинай re@freebsd.org. Компилятор говорит, что могут быть грабли, если включен -fstrict-aliasing, а посколькоу врублен -Werror, то он стопорится на нем.

-fstrict-aliasing входит в -O2, но во фре по дефолту -O2 -fno-strict-aliasing -pipe

Спасибо :drinks: Собралось ядрышко и установилось. Проблема была в make.conf. Тему можно закрыть.
