, я в свое время пытался 
нифига не вышло, кстати именно 5.4 была, как раз засунув в вирталку и вышел из положения, потому и предложил...
, пробовал планки по 2х1Гб, по 2Гб всё равно видит только 1Гб. На всякий случай крутил maxmem и т.д. но понимаю что действительно ОС старая и с этим БИОС нормально не фурычит. Просто думал может есть волшебный параметр который выставить в БИОС или в ОС, который знают форумчане. Или наоборот точное подтверждение что не заработает.
