net rpc vampire не забирает данные в ldap

Вот имею такие грабли.DOMAIN1# net rpc vampire -S WIN2003SERVER
Cannot import users from SHELF at this time, as the current domain:
DOMAIN1: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
conflicts with the remote domain
DOMAIN2: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Perhaps you need to set:
security=user
workgroup=SHELF
in your smb.conf?
ldap и samba запускаются и работают.
подскажите куда копать?
Задача - перенос домена с сервера WIN2003 на SAMBA+LDAP с сохранением всей функциональности.
