Squid 3.3 проблемы с авторизацией

Нужно было настроить на сервере простенькую непрозрачную проксю. Поставил Squid 3.3, собрал его с параметрами

и прописал в конфиге

При подключении через проксю, пользователь поолучает сообщение, что прокси-сервер не принимает логин и пароль. В логах авторизации:

Чувствую, что перемудрил где-то в конфигах, но не могу разобраться где именно
