Имеем сервер HP Proliant DL180R06. На борту у него имеется аппаратный RAID-контроллер HP Smart Array P410. В этот RAID-контроллер воткнуты пара дисков SATA. Из них собрано зеркало.

Нагрузка на дисковую подсистему минимальная.
Теперь собственно о проблеме: без какой-либо закономерности сервер теряет доступ к файловой системе. Т.е. он продолжает прокачивать через себя трафик, делает NAT и PBR. Но естественно любой user-land процесс выполнить не может, т.к. ему нужно выполнить код, который нужно взять из файла. Т.е. когда сервер впадает в кому на него даже по ssh зайти нельзя. Иду в нашу серверную, в консоли на мониторе тоже глухо. Сервер в работе уже месяц. В самом начале его эксплуатации пару раз в консоли я ловил сообщение вот такого характера:
