Проблема возникает только при копировании из вне (Внешний нестандартный порт проброшен на внутренний IP сервера, на границе сети cisco 2951- все параметры nat по умолчанию) (При копировании по локальной сети проблема не возникает)
Система FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE
Пробовал как встроенный в систему sshd, openssh из портов.
Пробовал WinSCP разных версий и FileZilla
