Кстати, если у кого то не будет ставится mesa-demos, то нужно удалить nvidia-driver, поставить mesa-demos, затем снова установить драйвер.

вручную всегда прописываю.никогда само собой не прописывалось,так как использует судя по всему драйвер nv.
Привожу для сравнения два файла, где Xorg собирался из портов и пакетов. Разница видна не вооружённым взглядом.
Объясните почему так происходит? (при сборки Xorg из пакетов драйвер nvidia сам прописывается в xorg.conf.new, а при сборке Xorg из пакетов нет,и тоже самое в Section "Device", option отсутствуют в пакетном варианте Xorg)
