Есть сервер Freebsd12 к которому подключен raidz pool из 4х дисков.
На пул по сети заливаются бекапы и т.д.
С недавних пор, возможно даже после выключения света, бекапы стали делаться значительно дольше.
Начал смотреть статистику нагрузки на диски gstat и обнаружил что один из дисков постоянно нагружен до 95%.
Иногда кратковременно нагрузка падает и при первом обращении к пулу, опять поднимается до 95%, хотя 3 других диска нагружены 3-5%.
Диски одинаковые. В момент нагрузки на диск система не нагружена.
Smartctl не показывает ни чего феерического:

Тормоза пула связываю именно с не понятной нагрузкой на этот диск.
zpool scrub, тоже выполняется крайне медленно, пул на 6ТБ, за сутки проверило 200Гб.
Ранее пул проверялся +/- за 10 часов, а то и меньше.
В настройках пула ни чего не менялось очень долго, единственное что делалось - после обновления системы применение новых фич пула zpool upgrade.
Собственно что и где можно посмотреть и попытаться повлиять на ситуацию?
Может стоит менять диск, хотя визуально все норм ...
